QSW WARRANTY

Queen SNOWWORKS builds premium snowboard products for durability, performance, and long-term trust. Our products are engineered, tested, and field-validated for real mountain use.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers products purchased directly from QSW or an authorized QSW dealer.

Binding Warranty

QSW bindings are designed around structural strength, field serviceability, ice resistance, and long-term interface integrity.

Lifetime Structural Warranty

QSW provides a lifetime warranty on primary structural binding components against defects in materials or workmanship under normal riding use.

Covered structural components include:

  • Binding frames

  • Canting pads

  • Buffer plates

  • QSW-manufactured baseplates

If a covered structural component fails due to a verified defect, QSW will repair or replace the component at its discretion.

3-Year Component Warranty

All other QSW binding components are covered for 3 years from the original purchase date against defects in materials or workmanship.

Covered products include:

  • The Ace Binding

  • The Jack Binding

  • QSW pucks

  • QSW binding hardware and service components

Surf Series Warranty

QSW Surf Series pads are built for aggressive riding, cold-weather durability, and long-term traction performance.

3-Year Surf Pad Warranty

QSW provides a 3-year warranty on Surf Series pads against defects in materials or workmanship under normal riding use.

Covered Surf Series products include:

  • Universal Solid Pad

  • Universal Split Pad

  • Universal Split Pad Pro

Covered defects may include:

  • Material or manufacturing defects

  • Structural pad failure under normal riding use

  • Insert, traction, or mounting feature defects verified by QSW review

This warranty reflects QSW’s commitment to building premium gear, not disposable foam accessories.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Material defects

  • Structural failures under normal intended use

  • Component failures verified by QSW review

  • Defects in QSW-installed hardware, inserts, or traction features

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage, scratches, dents, scuffs, or surface wear

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, crashes, or impact

  • Damage from improper installation

  • Damage from power tools, incorrect tools, adhesives, solvents, or improper threadlocker

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or aftermarket parts

  • Lost parts

  • Damage from use outside the product’s intended purpose

Additional Terms

  • Warranty applies to the original owner only

  • Warranty is non-transferable

  • QSW may repair or replace products at its discretion

  • Warranty coverage may vary by region

  • Products must be purchased from QSW or an authorized QSW dealer

  • Proof of purchase is required
